Memorial Day Parade

A last minute decision by me… and we were in! We (I) decorated the car, made t-shirts, and recruited a few helpers (Dad and Julie) and we joined the hundreds of people in the Boardman Memorial Day Parade.

I learned that in nice weather, 1100 pieces of candy is NOT enough, nor is 350 handouts. But we had a good time and got the word out. Hopefully even those who did not get a flyer will remember our name and check out our site.  Photos will be posted here as well as our facebook page. Please “like” us!

A very special thanks to my cousin Julie for walking with us and helping us pass out candy and flyers (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell it… but I’m a UD Alumni and the plural of Flyer is Flyers is my world!) And to Dad for driving the getaway vehicle !
